Devastation brought by Typhoon Sendong

Let us continue to pray for all the victims of Typhoon Sendong, especially for those who lost their loved ones.
May God give protection to those who lost their homes and save the souls of those who did not survive the calamity.
May God give them strength to start a new life and to overcome the trials & obstacles in life.

There were hundreds of families who lost their homes and hundreds of people killed while some went missing as Sendong hit the Philippines particularly Northern Mindanao.



Cagayan De Oro and Iligan were the places worst hit.
"Sendong" came in the dead of the night, tearing through swaths of Mindanao not usually in the path of storms, inundating houses up to the rooftops and drowning scores of sleeping residents in the most destructive calamity to hit the South of the country in years, killing hundreds.

Sad to see such a tragedy happening~especially on a happy season such as Christmas. :-(

Let’s offer a prayer for the soul of this little angel and for the parents who mourn her loss.

God, I'm sure, will prepare the right place for these little angels.
They are innocent in this world.
Together with their parents, they were found dead inside their room after the disaster.
I can’t help but feel sad upon seeing these tragic pictures, and I know anyone would feel the same way.

Let us offer a prayer for all the victims of Typhoon Sendong ~ from Cagayan De Oro, Iligan, Mindanao, Visayas Region, and other places affected by the disaster.
