A simple healing practice: "Love is all there is."
Never has it been more imperative to see only love, which alone is real.
To hold even just this one thought ~ ~ "Love is ALL there is" ~ ~ already heals and helps so many right now.
Throughout this week, try to do this one simple act.
Wherever you are, try to pause every so often, maybe at least once an hour, to silently affirm,
"Love is all there is."
You may close your eyes as you say this in your mind wholeheartedly and firmly.
You may also use this line as mantra, for your own quiet time either in the morning upon waking or at night before sleeping (or better, both periods).
Simply sit comfortably, close your eyes, and quietly say in your mind,
"Love is all there is" over and over again until you feel at peace.
Simply stay in the silence, becoming aware of your breathing, and whenever disturbed by other thoughts or feelings, just go back to this one simple, healing, and true thought.
Try to do this for fifteen to thirty minutes.
Remember, we are ONE and there are no private thoughts.
For you to think this truth, that there is only love and love alone, will help others determine this truth and find inner peace.
