Deliciously-sour Prawn Sinigang ("Sinigang na Lucon") for lunch!

Prawn Sinigang
Ingredients:
1/4 cup onion, sliced
1/4 cup tomatoes, chopped
10 pcs."Iba" (or Kamias) or if not available, 5 pcs."Batuan"
6 cups rice water
1 kilo Prawns
1 teaspoon Salt
2 cups Kangkong leaves and tender stalks
Procedure:
Saute onion and tomatoes.
Add the "Iba" (Kamias") or "Batuan" and cook until tender and mushy.
Add the rice water.
Let boil.
When boiling, drop the Prawns ("Lucon").
Season with salt.
Add Kangkong ("Tangkong") and cook for 2 minutes.
[*Note: You may also use Lemon, Calamansi, or green "Sambag" ("Sampaloc") to sour your Sinigang soup
~ if "Iba" ("Kamias") or "Batuan" is not available.]
