Enjoying authentic "PHO" (Vietnamese Beef Noodle Soup) at PHO VINH QUANG, Ho Chi Minh City

Greetings from Saigon (now Ho Chi Minh), Vietnam!
Enjoyed authentic  Pho Bo (Vietnamese Beef Noodle Soup)
~ the 'real thing' from the 'orig place' (Vietnam)!
How's that?!
 (wink, wink)

distinctive  pho  with numerous condiments!!

The most famous of Saigon’s soups is easily  "Pho", and the Vietnamese restaurants & food vendors have turned their craft into a fine art.
"Pho"  seems simple enough; made with flat rice noodles, some meat and a healthy helping of greens thrown in~ however, it turns out it is anything but.
Most restaurants start preparing their stock the day before it will be served, each concocting a slightly different version of the soup.
Going to different  pho  kitchens can lead you to experience completely different soups; some are sweeter, some heartier but you can have dozens of options.
"Pho"  isn’t at all hard to find and, while street carts do sell it, the best  pho  spots are typically the large restaurants with permanent, established locations.

My hubby, uncle, and I had our very first taste of authentic  Pho  at  Pho Vinh Quang restaurant
~ one of the many chains of  Pho  restaurants in Vietnam.
