Enjoying the rich authenticity of world-class Japanese cuisine at Makati Shangri-La’s INAGIKU :-)

When in Manila,
it's always a pleasure to dine at one of my favorite Japanese restaurants ~ INAGIKU.

I love Japanese food.
I love it, especially if it's authentic or (even) 'semi-authentic'.
There are a lot of Japanese restaurants that claim to be authentic, but I think only a few have the right to say so...
and one of them is certainly  INAGIKU  at the Makati Shang.
For me, it is one of the best Japanese restaurants in Manila.

INAGIKU
This restaurant offers a diverse dining experience with a sushi bar, teppanyaki counter and private tatami rooms.
With the city's finest Japanese cuisine set in a refined cosmopolitan setting, INAGIKU  defines the art of Japanese dining!!

LAPU-LAPU SASHIMI
(fresh lapu lapu)
(*Note: Loved the "flower-like" presentation of the  Lapu-Lapu Sashimi ~ so cute!
We originally ordered  Salmon Sashimi  but unfortunately, it was unavailable.
So, we ordered the  Lapu-Lapu Sashimi  instead.
 'twas very good!)

MAGURO SASHIMI
(fresh big eye tuna)

INAGIKU SALAD
(vegetable salad )

Topping and Dressing for our Inagiku Salad ~ delicious!

Inagiku Salad With Miso Dressing

This was my salad plate.

TOFU STEAK
(bean curd steak with ginger sauce)

KAISEN YAKIMESHI
(seafood fried rice)

YASAI Noodle dish

TEPPAN WAKADORI
(chicken with teriyaki sauce)

my all-time favorite:
 UNAGI KABAYAKI
(grilled eel with kabayaki sauce)

Our friend took this shot at the hotel lobby
before we all headed off to Conway's Bar.
As always, had a great time!
When in Manila,
Shangri-la  is the place to be!!
(wink, wink)

Love ~ SAL ♥
