CHICKEN ADOBO

 Chicken Adobo  is the quintessential Filipino dish.
It's really one of my favorites 
~ along with Sinigang (the Philippine equivalent of Tom Yum), Bangus (Milkfish), etc.
There is no way to prevent the aroma of this dish from filling my home once I start cooking it! ☺
