The path to health and happiness is actually a path of removal or letting go.
Learning to let go ~ of the past,
 and of all attitudes,
 emotions,
 things,
 friends
 and other "baggage" that are holding us back 
~ is often a hidden key to happiness and healing.
It is a must to make room for wonderful things to happen.

Letting go of unwanted things, habits, attitudes, beliefs and even people
 is an ongoing process for anyone 
who wishes to move on and unfold spiritually.
Allowing and accepting more of who we really are  
requires reflection 
and may always involve some pain and suffering.
But then, we have to know 
that letting go,
 is the key to our growth and development throughout our life.


Often times,
 letting go has nothing to do with weakness,
 and everything to do with strength.
We let go and walk away not because we want the universe to realize our worth,
but because we finally realize our own worth.
And in so doing,
 we harness this realization to identify the  negative ideas,
  negative habits,
 and  negative people  in our life
 that we need to let go of.
