You Know You're From Bacolod, Philippines If... Nanamitan ka man magkaon "KINILAW NA ISDA"!

(* I Love "KINILAW" so whenever I find fresh in the market,
I prepare a Kinilaw appetizer for dinner right away.
In my recipe, my "KINILAW" is plain and simple.
Simply sour.
So... when you have guests,"KINILAW" is best served along with cold beer or as an appetizer for sumptuous meal.)

This is KINILAW NA TANGIGUE.

Ingredients:
300 grams Tangigue
1 onion
1/2 cup cane vinegar
1 green pepper 1 red pepper, salt & pepper to taste

(*Use cane vinegar instead or white vinegar for strong sour taste.)
