AIDA'S MANOKAN ~ the BEST in Manokan Country, Bacolod

Had dinner there tonight with beloved hubby, son, and visiting guests.




What is likeable about the chicken in Manokan Country is that it is fresh and juicy.

A dash of garlic and oil add to the inasal dining experience.


You have to eat Inasal with "sinamak" vinegar, soy sauce, calamansi, and "sili". ☺
