It is owned by our well-travelled fellow-Negrense, Chef Jomi Gaston.
The food is as close to 'authentic Italian' as you can get in the Philippines, with fresh ingredients in their salads, bruchettas, pizzas, and pastas.

My family and I just love Italian food & Trattoria Uma is our favorite restaurant for this.
The ambiance is good and the place has a rustic feel about it ~ with bare brick walls and mismatched chairs.
Best of all, the food is absolutely delicious! ☺
