You like eating grilled foods ~
 grilled fish like Grilled Blue Marlin!

Ingredients:
blue marlin, sliced pcs.
olive oil
salt and pepper, to taste

Procedure:

Season blue marlin slices with calamansi & ground pepper and sprinkle a little pinch of salt.
In a pre-heated pan, place 4 tablespoons of olive oil and sear prepared blue marlin slices over medium flame and grill it according to your desired doneness.* 
(*I prefer mine done medium-well.)
Serve.

Note: Set aside extra olive oil for basting to avoid blue marlin slices from drying up.
