Dropped by  Negros Museum Cafe  to grab something healthy to eat.

Was glad to see my good friend Gemma Njssen 

~ she & her Dutch husband, Chef Guido Njssen,

 own the cafe and are one of the most hard-working couples I know.

It's always a pleasure to dine at their charming cafe. ☺

Crepe-Chocolate Tart with Fruit Rum Sauce

(a delicious combination of chocolate with a hint of cinnamon and cardamom spices between the crepes)
