Storm surge leads to floods
Typhoon Gener (international name: Typhoon Soala) is likely to stay in Philippine territory until Friday, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said on Wednesday,
and the National Disaster Risk and Reduction Council said the death toll from Typhoon Gener stood at 12 and one person was reported missing.
