King Siopao ~ is with Chicken Adobo, Chinese Ham, Chorizo and Egg inside.
Queen Siopao ~ is with Bacon and really huge, it can fill an entire plate.
Roberto's Siopao bread is very soft to the bite and the different flavors of the filling will explode in your mouth. ☺

Yes, Roberto's is originally from Iloilo.
I was lucky to 'discover' it when my hubby and his golf buddies started bringing me all those yummy siopaos of Roberto's ~ which they bought from this little establishment/outlet at the Terra Dolce Building here near the Bacolod-Capitol Shopping area.
I understand it was pre-ordered and came all the way from Iloilo via the 1-hour ferry boats. :-)

I may have been remiss in giving complete information of this product in my "label" (and I do apologize for that and thank you for your comment, now that I have made the proper corrections) ~ but I DO NOT CLAIM and NEVER CLAIMED that "Roberto's (Siopao) is a Bacolod product."
Fact remains there really was a Roberto's outlet at this little establishment located at the Terra Dolce Building near St.John's Institute, near the Bacolod-Capitol Shopping area during the time I posted this way back November 2011. :-)
