Manila trip ~ Dinner at Chateau 1771 ♥
We had dinner at Chateau 1771 & fell in love with the interiors, the food, and warm service.
I personally love the high ceiling which gives it a warm and relaxing atmosphere.
Chateau 1771 is indeed a classy restaurant which boasts of flavorful dishes with fine dining appeal. ☺
A complimentary bread welcomed us while waiting for our order. ☺
French Onion Soup
Topped with Gruyere cheese, gratinated until golden brown
This was the hubby's order:
Chilean Sea Bass With Chorizo Saute
Sauteed seabass topped with mixture of browned chorizo, mushrooms, bell peppers & asparagus, sauteed rice & ratatouille
And this was mine:
Lapu-Lapu in Green Jacket
Steamed boneless lapu-lapu wrapped in bokchoy, carrot- leek cream sauce & mashed potato
Fresh Pomelo Juice
Me enjoying my Fresh Pomelo Juice and Panna Cotta dessert ♥
Panna Cotta
Italian cooked cream that is light as heaven & not too sweet
Lemon-Basilic Sorbet
Very refreshing to the palate & definitely low fat
Chateau 1771 belongs to the same restaurant group as Sentro 1771, SideBar Cafe, and Cafe 1771, under the brainchild of culinary master Chef Vicky Rose Pacheco.
Chateau 1771's classic dishes and new hearty selections make the restaurant a timeless favorite where society, art, architecture, culture and fine food interact in a curiously timeless way. ♥
