Letting Go Of The Past

Let's close our eyes and picture ourself writing on a piece of paper the things that are weighing us down.
Would it be a situation?
A person?
A group of persons?
Lack of motivation?
Whatever it is, let's write it down.
Then let's picture ourself tying the paper to the string of a balloon.
Let's go outside and release it into the universe,
and let the balloon take our issues high in the sky......far away.
And when we open our eyes, let's take a deep breath and feel lighter.
We will be amazed at how this works.
But it will only work if we are truly ready to let go.
So, let's stop holding on to that string......
let us......let go.
